Hi,

Given that this decision from above, or sideways, whichever way you want
to look at it, is arrived at in secret and appears to be something of a
fait accompli when publicised, is it then open to question and possible
revision or not? In what way can I come to the uk-legal list and how do I
know at what times specific discussions are to take place on IRC?

Cheers,

Doug
