I wrote this this morning and for various reasons it bounced back. So here goes again.____________A little elucidation for those that are not "in the loop" regarding Danny.I'm
not getting into the nitty gritty of "he said; she said" but here are
the salient points regarding the perpetual abuse of the IM network.
Besides, any detailed public examination would just be an extension of
Danny's ever so public abuse campaign by proxy.Danny has been
regularly abusing this place for some time now in order to run personal
vendettas against various individuals (most of whom have had nothing to
do with him for some time). He regularly posts total fabrications, mind
bending twists of lexis & semantics, seriously sick
smears, false accusations aimed at these people. He has threatened people with murder, rape and violence. He has threatened to sell vindictive lies to the gutter press.He doesn't
restrict this behaviour to his identified targets either, but much like
Western air forces he'll hit anything that moves and not think/care too
much about whether his targets are valid.He regularly posts
personal details of people coupled with totally insane accusations- apparently to provoke some sort of action against the targets. He
regularly asserts that any old troll he comes across is one of his
targets.Now reread the article in dispute with that
background info in mind and it's plain to see that Danny has just
cobbled together some half-arsed article to have a go at some poster-
who in my humble ignorant opinion appears to be a BOG-standard troll.
Apart from that core element to the piece the rest is rambling
speculation anyway.Basically, if Danny's abusive crap is
allowed to stand then you are making a rod for your own backs. As some
here know, certain people have gone out their way to avoid scenarios
that would damage IM, but as Danny's list of targets ever expands, it
will be likely that at some point someone will be less sympathetic.No
doubt he's itching to twist all this into a new platform for launching
more personal attacks, smears, personal info and threats. Yawn!***
An lo and behold since writing this he has been already been alluding
to his usual smears. As has his apparent sock puppet in the comments

I agree with much of what you are saying. In fact, 99.99999% of what
you are saying about conspiracy material, I have to admit that after
many dingdongs with Chris on the newswire, I have come to the
conclusion that he has posted some really good material regarding 9/11.
I have bought books and watched films off the back of some of his
posts. And I have little patience for pseudoscience.There are
genuine questions that need answered RE: 9/11 but none of them seem to
be in the areas that get heavily (re-)spammed ad nauseum by others-
some of whom seem less than kosher in their fixations.There are
solid areas of doubt regarding the well-documented collusion of
US/UK/Saudi/Pakistan with various "Islamist" terrorist/mafia
organisations around the world. But admittedly, little more startling
than that by way solid facts. In think Chris is the only person who has
actually posted anything referring to this area. Pretty much none of
the heavily-spammed "pundits" have done any serious work in this field.I
think perhaps what's needed is a judicious editorial policy regarding
what is a valid piece (based on some sort of well-researched body work
(e.g., Hersh or Nafeez Mosaddeq Ahmed) versus the utter tripe faction
of 9/11 Scholars and the such.But I also see the common sense
in the IM NYC tactic of a blanket ban for the sake of resources. It's
not as though the 9/11 people don't have plenty of other resources at
their disposal.But back to the 99.999999%, yeah there is too
much speculative and mad crap being posted. Much of it reposted from
dubious blogs IMHO.
