[Imc-uk-features] unreported hiddens

Hi,

Since some mods seem to think they're above lists and transparency and how
Indymedia's used to work (e.g. report hiddens to the list), i've decided
to volunteer and do that for them, just so that others know what's going
on in admin. Below are the August hiddens by Ben that afaik have never
been reported (except the ones unhidden and reported by chrisc). Sorry
that some of them don't state the reason for hiding - i can't really guess
the reason for hiding.
