Main issue I remember is that we need to add a column to the database -
"public comment" and "internal comment".

Currently the internal comment is used both for the hiding reason and
for some stuff we would want to stay inside.  I believe that makes it
slightly complicated.

Once it is done though, it should be trivial to auto send an email once
a day to the list, and also to display the public comment with hidden
articles, which would also be nice.
