there is usually a 24 hrs consultation period, the whole text has to be posted 
via email or you would have to talk it through with as many people as 
possible in IRC.

What about reporting on Friday? Should we try to staff the phone in ACE/LARC 
for phone-ins/ ask Imc Uk for help and back-up in dispatch for having an 
imediate timeline? 
Should we try to get printed out some emergency leaflets for people to post 
their own stories?
