[Imc-uk-features] London Startpage - can i put Monday love back?

The Iraq Deportations start page special isn't in feature format - but is
important and should stay up till the end of today - if the deportations go
ahead, then it should be modified and turned into a feature.

Perhaps a compromise would be to put up the Monday Love piece as a feature for
today, and then make it a start page special for next week?
