I normally ignore Ilyan's emails, after long experience of not finding
anything worth reading in them.  But at this point I will reply because 
I would like to add my voice to support yossarian, shiar and maqui in
asking Ilyan to refrain from disrupting this list.

Ilyan - you continue to argue for an editorial policy that no one else
on this list ever supports.  You make groundless accusations of
infiltration when we implement our agreed editorial policy.  Please
desist.  Please start your own project set up as you wish it to work,
and put your energy into building and running that project rather than
constantly disrupting this project.

In autonomous circles you do not need to constantly complain about a
project being run in a way you don't like, you can start your own.
