i appreciate that this isn't a voting matter but as i'm not available
for the next 10 days (on a, um, retreat...) i would like to register
my agreement with that which has been stated by ben, guido and planet
- and i cannot add any more to what they have said (at this precise
moment in time).

hope to make the network meet as and when that is ratified.
