[Imc-uk-features] feature proposal: Rostock G8 protest

Hi,
I'd suggested on IRC yesterday that we publish a feature on this. I've gone ahead and published it as a feature on the G8 topic.
Presume we're just going to keep updating the uk startpage special with links to what's going on rather than keep writing uk features for each day?
