[Imc-uk-features] hidden article 372 403

I would be happy to support this post going up again with the word 
'retard' replaced by 'fuckwit' or 'stupid' I guess, but I am not at all 
happy that it should be put back up with a phrase which implies that 
people with learning disabilities would behave in this manner - it's 
clearly discriminatory, even if not intentionally so.  If changing one 
word without Guido's agreement is not acceptable, then I can't see any 
option but to hide it.  Sorry.
