[Imc-uk-features] hide or alter?

I don't have a problem with making changes that don't alter the meaning 
of what someone is saying, particularly if it comes across as offensive 
in some way. Perhaps 'stupid' would be a better replacement for 'retard' 
than 'sadist' because it is more in keeping with the meaning but isn't 
disablist.
