[Imc-uk-features] Publishing and admin down on Sunday evening

Hi all,

Please be aware that publishing and admin will be offline for part of
Sunday evening (probably sometime between 1800-0100 BST), as the server
is being shut down while it's moved to a different power strip.

So it's best not to rely on being able to publish or do any admin during
that time -- however if you might be doing any when it goes offline,
please make extra sure to be in IRC (#uk) to check.
