[Imc-uk-features] protester eye injury

I originally depromoted the article since Clara suggested on IRC that the story was inaccurate.  I wasn't comfortable hiding it completely, but instead depromoted it and promoted the comment that suggested it was just a rumour.

Following these two emails I have just repromoted the article.
