[Imc-uk-features] mobile publish form

We are talking PDAs and smartphones. Laptops are fairly straightforward 
to operate as things stand. You are right about the hover text. I 
didn't know it was there until I took a look at the source and only a 
small part of the text that is there actually displays anyway.

We seem to be moving beyond merely cutting down the size of the 
publish form to suggestions that compression is switched on for the 
publish form or that there should be a custom page for mobile users. 
Its all getting a bit beyond me but the fact that mobiles are now being 
seriously considered is quite hopeful. I have already contributed to 
the newswire using a mobile so it is quite feasible but just a little 
cumbersome at the moment.
