Yes, I think this is better, but it's *could* not
*should*...

Ideally, there would be some thing in admin to do a lot of
this automatically - if you could enter the number of the
article that another is a dupe of and then have an
addition with a link to the non-hdden version of the
article and also an email generated this would be great...

But there are a lot of wishlist type things for the site
and others are more important than this I think...

Having more stuff automated would help for sure, but in
this case adding a comment and then promoting it might be
more work rather than less...
