Yeah, kind of. I mean, as I said my objection for that posting to show
'anywhere' in imcuk was more it's content rather than the fact that it
is art (a drawing, a poem, a sound track .. whatever). As I said I
think news can be expressed in many ways. They can take the form of a
traditional text report, a video, a photo and so on, but maybe also be
presented as a poem, a drawing or a hip-hop rhyme.

That's why I don't mind having this sort of postings in the front page.
What I disagree with though, is to carry content that goes against
either our ed guidelines or mission statement. The fact that it would
be 'buried' within the culture page it may make the posting less
visible, true, but it does not solve the problem. But if we hide stuff
that contravenes the ed guidelines or the mission statement, at least
in this way imcuk shows its active role in de-promoting such content.
To me this makes much more sense politically speaking.

But as I said in my other mail, if people here think tI went a bit too
far by hiding that drawing, or with my interpretation of it, please
unhide it.

Well, I mean, I don't think the role of imcuk is to promote
individual's work in google, is it?

Cheers
