[Imc-uk-features] Appear in a few minutes?

When something is posted to the newswire the site responds saying it 
will appear in a few minutes. This is highly misleading and can cause 
obvious frustration leading to several repeat postings. In my 
experience it takes on average about 30 minutes to appear on the 
publish page and much longer on the main page, depending on the time of 
day. It can even take several hours if posted between 3am and 6am in 
the morning, presumably because all the admins are in bed and/or the 
site is still in the process of catching up.

So could the wording be changed please to something more realistic? 
Such as, "Please be patient it could take a some time for your news to 
appear depending on the time of day".
