[Imc-uk-features] Mayday 2007 feature

It's been 3 days now with some 50 promoted newswire posts and we still
haven't done a uk feature on Mayday. That's really embarrassing imo. I'm
really really busy but i do feel guilty that we don't have anything on
startpage yet.

So i've just done a quick startpage-special linking to the topic page and
put it up - without proposiong it first and waiting another 24 hrs, that
is. I thought it's better than having nothing until someone does a proper
feature.
