i think this should be published as soon as possible. i am not sure
where it is being proposed to, so i'd like to propose it for the uk's
front page, oaxaca and indymedia topics. then other regional
kollectives where the tour stops can decide whether they want to tick
their regions too.
actually the feature needs a bit of retouching. i started doing this,
but now i gotta go and won't have time to do anything else to it until
the weekend. Please can soemone have it a go before that? (text below)
it is actually just a matter of doing some typos here and there, and
decide if the proposed abstract is too long, and if so, move some of it
to the content.
