[Imc-uk-features] proposal on how to develope G8 feature (topic/startpage)

i think it is a very good idea. actually i was thinking about something 
similar. i went to the g8 topic page and found that the top sart page 
feature in there is quite outdated. i think the one startx proposes 
could be turned into a start page in that topic, mainly because it has 
most of the practical info people need to know about the mobilistions.

so i support the idea and i think it should be done sooner rather than 
later, coz it is now when people travelling there need most of that 
practical info, and those staying that plan to help out somehow could 
do with a collection of 'quick links' pointing to the main info. we had 
something like that for the g8 in gleneagles, and it proved quite 
useful.

in london-imc we put together a much smaller feature that tries to do 
the same more or less. it is part of the new looking london-imc start 
page. have a look :-)

but i think we need a more comprehensive one for the front and g8 topic 
pages.
