[Imc-uk-features] Camp for Climate Action feature

Re. Camp for Climate Action embargoed feature...

A suggestion from ekes is:

"I say we agree to the feature in priniciple someone get a copy and post 
it without ticking publish and then just tick published when embargo 
lifted."

How do other people on the list feel about that?

If this is going to happen, we need an admin to get the copy and be 
ready to publish it when it's no longer embargoed - first thing Thursday 
morning.  Any volunteers?
