Looks good overall, suggest it goes up ASAP.

A couple of suggestions though:
In the 2nd para "Their claim was overturned in court" would be better
worded as "Their argument was rejected by the High Court" as there was
nothing to be overturned in the first case.

Secondly, I think a link to last year's High Court judgment would be
useful, and perhaps also an Indy report on that victory:

Oh, and I don't understand why this would go under the Social
