With help and advice from Doug, Mini Mouse and ChrisC - thanks - I've 
posted an amended version of this now: 371878.

Hope that's OK.

But while I was doing the article, I was looking for SOCPA reports and 
there seems to be a big gap of several months Sep-Dec 2006 with nothing 
in the SOCPA topic.  Is there any way of adding the SOCPA reports 
between these dates?  I don't mind trawling through if someone can show 
me how...
