I don't know if people are aware that this "tedious
'debate'" is getting a lot of external attention?

It has been posted to Uruknet:

  http://www.uruknet.info/?p=m38171&hd=&size=1&l=e

This was noticed by Gabriele ( one of the people behind
the amazing XXI Century film and who's blog is here:
http://thecatsdream.com/blog/ ) and he posted about it to
the MediaLens discussion board:

  http://members5.boardhost.com/medialens/thread/1194970746.html

It has also now been picked up by Information Clearing
House, a very popular anti-war news site, which has more
traffic than Indymedia:

  http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article18721.htm

  http://www.alexa.com/data/details/traffic_details/informationclearinghouse.info

And bloggers have picked up on it also, for example:

  http://redressnewsblog.blogspot.com/2007/11/saying-no-to-hunters-of-atzmon.html

So if anyone was hoping that this would just go away and
we could get away with not really getting to grips with
it, sorry to dissapoint you, but I don't think this will
be possible :-(

I'm personally not happy about this either, there are many
other things I'd rather be doing then trying to get my
head around this debate...

Regarding emails to this list, I can totally understand
why people are a bit annoyed, I have yet to read them all,
my suggestion in IRC was that a page for the debate be
created on the wiki and then each future email about this
be saved as a text file and then uploaded as an attachment
to the wiki page and perhaps, each time a few are added, a
email could be sent to the list informing people that some
more correspondance on the matter has been added to the
wiki.
