Content can only be deleted by rm'ing it on the production
server and then touching the filename so that there is a
newer (empty) file to be rsync'd to the mirrors -- there
is no way to delete media items from the web interface,
all you can do it remove references to the items.

There are a number of people who have ssh access to the
production server to actually delete content, generally
the best way to contact them urgently is via irc. 

The file has been deleted.
