Doug is right that this would be the preferred way to deal with
videos or photos containing possibly incriminating material
but since speed is of the essence the first priority must be
the removal of such material rather than waiting on approval.
I am sure that Guido would have removed the video himself
had he been able to and then spoke to the person involved.

If we are to be given access to actions and given free reign
to video or take pictures of those taking part in those actions
then we MUST be seen to be thoughtful and responsible
about the footage we take and publish. Getting on your high
horse, shouting 'censorship' and threatening to publish on
google's youtube (the bastion of freespeech - NOT!) does
not demonstrate any responsibility, just a dangerous disregard
for the safety and concerns of those taking action.
