Hello

Can I just make a plea for civility on this list.  We are all on the
same side, working towards broadly similar ends.

Different folks have different focuses, different amounts of experience
and the like.  Please make allowances for that before throwing
accusations around.

There are serious issues being discussed in a number of threads.  I
think we can work our way through to reasonable conclusions and move on
stronger and wiser, provided people don't get so angry they have to walk
away from the project.  Accusing people of being stupid or arrogant does
not generally help towards a good conclusion, in my experience.

I hope we can arrange a network meeting for one of the weekends in
October to coincide with the distributed tech meet.  Many thorny issues
can be moved forward through talking in person.
