This is a long term disruptive poster who routinely ticks indymedia  
(and usually world as well but this time he choose birmingham) on all  
his post about cross rail and more recently this money wire company  
that took his money. I've written to him several times over the last  
year and asked him to stop spamming the topics but to no avail. if  
you fancy unticking topics in everything he posts then good luck to  
you but all you will achieve is to get a series of almost identical  
posts posted to the wire almost every other day. check the history.
