[Imc-uk-features] feature proposal: DSEi

Hi,

I think the title is misleading and the playing on Evening Standard
headlines or whatever may not be understood. So, after a brief discussion
with another admin on irc, i changed it to "DSEi arms fair 'will end in
violence'?" Hope that ok adn sorry to not have said that before it was
published (i was away).
