[Imc-uk-features] Publishing offline due to power failure

Hi all,

Our publishing server (traven) is currently offline following a power
failure at the colo.

Hopefully it won't take too long to get it back up, but I'm sure the
riseup folk have quite a number of servers to recover when power is
physically restored...


(Copying to UK emergency list as I suspect lists.indy will be having
trouble too.)
