[Imc-uk-features] Burma Feature

Hi,

I've started work on a UK feature on Burma.  I've collected links and
summarised what's been happening in the uk, with little mention of
what's actually happening in Burma so far.

Discussion on IRC suggests there should be some comparison of what's
happening in Burma to what's happening in Palestine, I'm not so sure but
am happy for people to add that in if they think it's suitable.

I don't know if this wants to be pushed through sooner, or whether we
wait for after Sunday and the national demonstration which has been
called for.  There's not been a huge amount of action so far, but it's
happening now.
