[IMC-UK-Features] PROPOSAL - 2008 action topic 'Days of action for squats and autonomous spaces'

There are lots of activities planned for the 11th 12th 13th April in
cities around the UK and throughout europe so it would be good to have
a topic made for this ASAP.

I have no idea how to abbreviate the name - perhaps just 'squat action
days' or April2008SquatDays
