[IMC-UK-Features] Feature proposal: Heathrow Protesters Uncover Spy Plot

Once again I have to say that I don't think this proposal merits a feature
of the basis that it is merely a rehash of a single newswire post. The
features were intended to draw together and highlight articles from the
newswire around a common action or theme but this is little more than moving
an interesting article from the newswire and putting it on the centre
column.
