[IMC-UK-Features] PROPOSAL - Days of Action Feature for UK and FreeSpaces

Hiya,

I would like to propose to add a 'regional features' bit to the links in 
the feature. I added this yesterday, but someone removed it without 
leaving an internal comment in admin.

In Notts we've been working on a local feature and got another one 
coming up. It would be good to promote the work of regional collectives. 
Also:

1. It might encourage less active IMC's to work on a feature.
2. I'm not sure how the feature would continue, as I'm sure each city 
would have lots of newswire articles coming up. Would we just pile them 
up into one hyperlink block? I'd say link to local features would be 
better..

I'm about to create the Squat 2008 topic. As this hasn't been added to 
the ImcUkTopic wiki page, I'm not sure what description to give it.. And 
once created can someone else tick the relevant articles for it? ie 
populate the page? I'll email the process and features list about that 
in a mo.
