think I can squease the whole loot into a nice compact two paragraphs so
it does not push too much stuff off the middle column. If no'one objects
it will go up tommorow evening (i'm very pushed for time cos I'm mega busy
next week). Any suggestions would be gratefully recieved. Please bear in
mind that although this is in Oaxaca this is NOT related to the APPO
uprising. The situation in San Isidro and other remote indiginous
communities has been happening for many years long before APPO was even
thought of.
