Yes, true and there were a few mails (including mine) in favor of 
including a schNEWS  button linking to them from on the front page, and 
because I have not seen any voice in the lists against this, i've just 
put it up in the "Projects" box. I've put it in there because this is 
the only place that was proposed or mentioned (by ekes i think) when we 
talked about this.

Now, in a brief chat in irc today, we weren't too sure if the 
"Projects" box was the best place for a schNEWS button, as the projects 
listed in there they are all from  within indymedia. But because this 
was proposed long time ago, and schNEWS already have a prominent banner 
linking to indy-uk up, i thought it was better to have it up there for 
now, and move it somewhere else when we decide a better place for it.

So, basically we could leave the banner in that box and re-name it to 
"IMC & Other Projects" or something along these lines, or create 
another box called, for example, "Other Projects" and link to schNEWS 
from there, and maybe other radical and alternative uk news 'services' 
too.
