[IMC-UK-Features] Proposal: climate camp radio button in left column

Hiya,

I would like to propose a temporary Climate Camp Radio button in our left
column for the duration of the Climate Camp.

I have made a button and put in the column on one of the dev servers (this
might not be neatest, but definitely the easiest way to do it).

Unless anyone objects to this, I would propose we implement it on Sunday.
