[IMC-UK-Features] Caravan feature published

Hi

After a discussion in irc i've published a feature about the Climate 
Caravan from Heathrow to Kingsnorth that took place las week.

After talking about it we decided that it was best to put it up a.s.a.p 
(before the 24h deadline thing) because there are very few features 
being made about the Climate Camp, although there's a great timeline 
being constantly updated and a very good radio coverage being done 
every day!.

But we though that the climate Camp topic page needed more features 
representing what's going on, and so we started with the caravan. Other 
peeps are putting together another feature about the first few days of 
the camp, and the policing of the camp, that hopefully will go up 
tonight too on top of the caravan feature. The intention with these 
features is to collect stuff together, and in the past we have 'jumped' 
the 24h guideline during major mobilisations and events.
