[IMC-UK-Features] feature: Policing at Climate Camp

Sorry everyone about the dead picture galleries. It took a couple of  
days of battling power and connectivity to get them up, then we used  
a gigabyte of bandwidth in eleven hours - about three million hits at  
30k a picture by our estimate!

It's now re-uploaded to the actual climate camp website (rather than  
to my remote server) but there is a new technical hitch in that the  
links work but access to the page is denied. However we hope someone  
will sort this by morning.
