[IMC-UK-Features] Rossport Feature Request

I've put the original article on the wiki and slightly reformatted it into
what I guess is the Indymedia UK "house style":

We usually allow 24 hours from the moment a feature is proposed, to allow
for amendments, objections and/or improvements. After these 24 hours, the
feature is usually uploaded, in html, by one of the imc-uk-features
collective. So unless anybody objects (which seems unlikely), this ought
to get uploaded early tomorrow evening (24 hours after you proposed it
according to the timecode on your original email).
