[IMC-UK-Features] proposal - end of year review feature

how about a round up of the year in the next couple of days as a imc- 
uk-feature?

basically a bunch of us would trawl through the features this year and  
draw out either some kind of timeline or a campaign by campaign  
summary of the year, supplemented perhaps by important stuff from the  
newswire that didn't make it to a feature.

we could slap it together on the wiki and maybe take a chunk of time  
or an issue each.

anyone up for it?
