[IMC-UK-Features] harmondsworth4 feature

hi beetle,
i've checked the previous few startpage specials, most are what i described, or
local imc collectives inviting people to participate, or sudden evictions etc.
The last one was the sea sheppard feature.
The other things are the "ticker" and "breaking news". both appear on top of the
page with short snippets, they don't have "content", only "abstract". So i
guess that doesn't make sense.

Personally, I think "really new news" are marked enough by being on top of the
startpage, but since nobody seems to feel strongly about this, it's fine with
me to post these news as startpage special.
And anyway, it's a great feature so far!

best
ionnek

that they have a legal right to use others' computers to say what they wish in
whatever way they wish, and the owners of said computers have no right to stop
