Hi

I hid another incoherent Johnny Wizard post:

- Reality Glitch ! USA Primaries "Results" Fool UK
   Newspapers

It did however have some interesting comments:

Had you been drinking heavily before you submitted this
  article?

  read between/behind the lines

In response to the accusation of alcoholism, I enjoy the
rag-tag side of Indymedia. The attempt to moderate
Indymedia into a more polished form is noble, but I feel
this is a job people can do themselves, as readers. If
you are looking for clear articles following recieved
journalistic conventions then click only on the
headlines in the newswire that are written as such and
you'll stand a relatively good chance of getting what
  you want.

For me I turn to Indymedia for an unmediated window on
the world and read articles like this with enthusiasm.
I've read newspaper articles for years and am aware as
anyone could be that the content of these is often
sparse with a lot of padding. Newspaper articles by
professional journalists also often contain many
  repititions, unsupported claims, completely illogical
argument, contradictions, yet if written in a certain
tone get away with all this.

Even with professional journalists it is often possible
to gleam some useful information out of a uninformed
article, or at the least a hint in a direction worth
looking. Similarly the slightly roping ramblings of the
rest of us can often contain moments of insight, which
  desperately need to be shared.

So, lets keep up the ropey indymedia journalism. I would
rather read something badly worded than stare out onto a
  silent world.

  But there comes a point

when the wheat:chaff ratio is so low as to render
Indymedia ineffective at what it is meant to do, that is
(quote from mission statement) "The Indymedia UK website
provides an interactive platform for reports from the
struggles for a world based on freedom, cooperation,
justice and solidarity, and against environmental
  degradation, neoliberal exploitation, racism and
  patriarchy".

  So removing incoherent, uninformative, nonsense
ramblings such as the above should be a day-to-day task
  of the editorial team.
