[Imc-uk-features] Hiding duplicates of hiddens

Hi

When a hidden article is repeated it *shouldn't* be marked
as a dupe because dupes don't get the hidden background --
I just noticed that this happened to some articles by Ron
Paul -- the first one was hidden and then repeats were
marked as repeats and not regular hiddens.

This was the case with these:

  https://www.indymedia.org.uk/en/2007/12/387746.html
  https://www.indymedia.org.uk/en/2007/12/387700.html

I have changed them to regular hiddens but the mirrors
might take some time to catch up.

I was prompted to search for Ron Paul articles after the
latest sordid bit if info on him came to light:

  Ron Paul and top staffers meet weekly with staffers from
  the Institute of Historical Review, Stormfront, and
  American Renaissance in the Tara Thai restaurant in
  Arlington, Virginia, usually on Wednesdays.
