Aplologies if this is a dupe, but it doesn't appear to have arrived the first
time.
Hi
The comment which was hidden, read:
"1,000 Homophobes! (187610) by: a
And did demo denounce the fascist republic of Iran?"
I don't see how you can determine that every demonstrator was a homophobe -
fair
enough to say that Hizb ut-Tahrir is a homophobic organisation, but that isn't
what it said. The focus of the demo was Imperialism, and I have seen no
suggestion that it was protesting against gays.
The post was an account of the demo, which stressed the gender division, noted
that there were prayers and does not appear to be promoting the organisation.
No one seems to have suggested it broke any guidelines.
Anyone is free to comment, but as its not a feature, there isn't any reason to
expect that an IMCista would be the one to write a critique of the demo.
cheers
