[Imc-uk-features] Sea Shepherd hostages released

ABC and others report that the hostages have been released to an Australian
costoms boat, and will be re-united with the Sea Shepherd tomorrow.

As no-one seems to be around in IRC, I've changed the start page special to a
feature, and added a startpage special with the update.

I think that the feature should probably be rewritten to reflect the whole
story, and will wait to see what others think.
