I don't know the original source of this article but there
are other copies out there which have different titles,
eg:

- U.K. 'SLEAZE COMMITTEE' INFILTRATED BY 'FRIENDS OF
  ISRAEL' REFUSES TO INVESTIGATE LOBBY
  http://www.unobserver.com/layout5.php?id=4309&blz=1

And even the version on David Dukes site (!?!) has a
better title:

I seems clear to me that the title we have is racist and
that this indicates that it was probably reposted by a
racist (perhaps one in Liverpool since that topic was
ticked), however I don't think that there is a problem
with the content of the article so, I think we have a
couple of options:

1. Hide it.

2. Edit the title.

I'm not too keen on setting any precedence by going down
the 2. road so I've done 1. -- if any user of the site
thinks it's such an important article that it has to be on
the site they can repost it without a racist title.
