[Imc-uk-features] More moderation guidance

Can folks help with some ideas here (moderating this list without
feedback is getting to be a _really_ _really_ hard task). We've got two
more Tony Greenstein e-mails in the queue.

One is I think continuing to respond to the posts about him - I tend
towards allowing someone to question posts about them personally (but as
people know I tend away from posts about people personally on the
newswire more generally.) I can't say it's very clearly written and is
in the same style of the whole debate - ie not written in such a way
that it actually seeks a conclusion to the problem, but seeks problems
(or at least it is IMHO).
One is certainly mainly about the Atzmon article. I suppose we can start
adding to the Wiki again :-(

Any thoughts, about how to keep this a functioning list in the present
period?
