Done. I've uploaded it as a starpage special after a brief discussion in
the IRC. I figure it's an upcoming/ongoing sotry and people may want to
update what's there as things happen. I also reorganised the split between
abstract/body text. Hopefully that's all alright.

Nice one for getting it written.
