[IMC-UK-Features] uk startpage proposal (G8 / SHAC demo)

Hiya,

We currently have the G8 startpage special at the top of the UK 
startpage. However, we did propose to tick UK on the SHAC demo special 
and edit the timestamp around 4th/5th July for it to appear on the top:

I would propose to keep the G8 special at the top until the end of the 
summit and then change it to a normal feature on the 10th orso to give 
the already proposed SHAC demo special the top space.
